The City's Parks and Recreation Department is evolving to become a more robust, full-service program. In the near future, the Parks and Recreation Committee will develop a Trail Plan and a strategy for a full-service Recreation Program.  Planning and Implementation of Parks and Recreation will be carried out in concert with the Umatilla School District and regional partners, in order to maximize available resources and services.
