Building Permit Specialist

The City of Umatilla is recruiting for a Building Permit Specialist. This position requires an Associate’s degree or two-year technical degree in public administration, building permitting, urban planning, construction, or closely related field OR two years of position related work experience. This position also requires knowledge of federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations related to land use and building permitting processes. Must have a valid driver’s license or have ability to acquire. Salary $51,396-$65,568/yr. DOQ plus excellent benefits.
