Thank you for your interest in the City of Umatilla Building Division. Our goal is to participate in the creation of a community where people can live safely, comfortably, and economically.
The City of Umatilla is now a full service participant in the epermitting system made available through the State of Oregon. Contractors are now able to apply for and purchase permits online, and schedule inspections 24/7 by phone or online: Click Here

Comprehensive permit tracking and data collection
