The City of Umatilla continuously reviews current compensation packages to ensure they are fair, consistent, flexible, adaptive and responsive, as well as fiscally responsible, in order to remain competitive in recruiting and retaining highly qualified employees.

Eligible employees receive the following benefits:

  • City paid medical, dental and vision benefit plan for the employee and one dependent. (Additional dependents may be added for a modest employee contribution)
