The City of Umatilla is recruiting internally for a Parks and Recreation Manager. This position requires a Bachelor’s in Recreation Management, Hospitality & Tourism, Public Administration, Business Administration, Physical Education or a related field. In addition, this position requires three (3) years of experience working in a recreational setting, running recreational programs, and engaging community members, along with two (2) years of supervisory experience, or any combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge and skill. Must have, or be able to obtain, first aide certifications and have a valid drivers license. This is an exempt (non overtime eligible) position that will require evenings and weekends. 

Salary $7,049-$8,286/month. DOQ plus excellent benefits. City is asking applicants to turn in a City of Umatilla application, cover letter, and resume.
