Code Enforcement Officer, Tisa Coffey, is responsible for maintaining city code ordinances regarding vehicles, domesticated animals, and properties. If you have questions regarding the city code ordinances or you want to submit a complaint please contact the police department during business hours. If the matter is urgent you may also contact Umatilla County Dispatch Center at their non-emergency number (541-966-3651) after hours to have a police officer respond.

VEHICLES:

  • Parking complaints
  • Unlicensed/Expired vehicles
  • Abandoned vehicles

ANIMALS:

  • Barking dogs
  • Dogs running at large
  • Nuisance animals
    (City of Umatilla Code enforcement does not deal with un-domesticated animals. If you have concerns in regard to un-domesticated animals please contact the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife)

PROPERTY:

  • Nuisance violations
  • Noxious Uncontrolled Vegetation (weeds)
  • Unlawful Camping on Public or Private Property
  • Offensive Littering
  • Scattering Rubbish
  • Junk Nuisances
